  • Veteran of the Taiwanese military, retiring as a full Colonel 

  • Research interests are US-China relations and US security policy in Asia 

  • Publication - "Hedging the China Threat: US-Taiwan Security Relations since 1949" (2024); "China's Cultural Soft Power in the United States."
